I should be recieving clear front and side blinkers for my wifey's 2003 325xi this week. I opened the hood and saw that I likely will have to remove the headlights (non zenon) to get to the parking lights. Has anyone done this swap and how difficult was it? Also, when changing the side blinkers, do I just push it forward?
yes, for the side markers... push forward and pull out from the rear. can't answer on the corner lights...
I can... You should NOT have to remove the headlights. There should just be a button near the corners that you will need to push in (with a screwdriver...lightly) which releases the corners. I can go home tonight and read my Bentley manual unless someone else can verify this. BTW...a Bentley manual is a must-have! God, I love the thing!
My wifey and I changed them Saturday evening. The corner lights were easier to change than the side markers. Those were a bit hard to remove. Thanks for the tips guys......
