When you changed it what did it look like? Did you buy this car frim the dealer that is doing the service?
When I changed it the first time, the fluid was black with a brassy film over the top of it. The dealer servicing my car is not the same one that I bought the car from.
That sound normal, i would go to the dealer you bought the car from if you can. You are more likley to get better service because you bought it from them that is if it was a bmw dealer. Good luck i hope i helped you out.
