   My 1998 328is is in need of new catalytic converters.
   I can get the OEM ones through my local BMW dealer with a discount for $1400, but I was wondering if anyone else has ever purchased the "49 state" ones from Bavarian Autosport. It looks like these cost around $500. Big difference.
   If anyone can provide comments or feedback on these converters it would be much appreciated.

   A good muffler shop will get you some aftermarket cats and should warranty them.
