Looking to upgrade my e30 m3 suspension - has stock suspension though previous owner "torched" the springs to lower it. I like the current lowered ride height and looking for springs that will be close to current but don't know how much it was lowered. Measuring from the bottom of the 2 triangles on the valence to ground, I get 7" F 7.5" R
Can someone with a stock suspension measure get their measurements from those points (or some other points) so I can get an idea of how much the car is lowered?
Thanks in advance for any assistance

Now that's low-budget lowering - maybe marginally better than just cutting stock springs I suppose. I don't have height numbers/specs, but common street setups are some variety of progressive-rate sport spring (H&R or Eibach) with either Bilstein sports or Koni sports.
