1200 miles one way... tempting, though...

Same here. 1092 miles. Two day trip. :(
I've never driving more than 8-9 hours to a track.

Signed up, but it's only 2 1/2 hours away:) This will probably be the 1st track day in the car car in advance of Laguna Seca, so we'll see how she does climbing the hills.
Steve I see you are signed up also!!

My check is in the mail. :)
Will probably caravan with Mike Washington and Mark Woolley.
I'd love to get my stuff thrown on a trailer to make the drive a little more comfortable.

My car is going into the shop to have the oil suction tube replaced next week.
I suspect it's cracked. I'm hoping that fixes my oil starvation problem on high-g left handers.
Don't want to go the route of replacing the oil pan with baffles.

    Installed new rotors all around.
May have had another year on them but needed pads and parking brake shoes so figured it was a good time to do it all.

I have 2 corded Nittos and 2 that will be corded after a couple sessions.
I have a couple hard-as-a-rock RA1s in the garage too.
Need a new set of tires.

Hoping to hit VIR next month.
    All depends on $$$$.

I hear ya. I'm trying to get some track time in the E36 before COTA, and then decide if I need to go ahead and get a second set of tires to make sure I have full tread when COTA comes around, as the stock PS2 will probably have about 8-9K miles on them by then, and the brakes will def need a flush and fresh fluid.

CoTA looks like some heavy braking but the long straights will cool down the brakes.
What's the heat like in June?
I have cooling ducts that might help.

Hopefully highs of only 90 degrees since it's in early June.
