Hi, I have a 2000 328ci and for some reason I cannot adjust the time any more. I really adjust twice a year for daylight savings change, but when I tried to twist the adjust, it will not move up or down. I can push it to change the 12/24 hour, but that is all. Disconnect the battery for 30 mins and see if that helps anything. If not you switch in the cluster may have gone bad sadly would have to replace the cluster.
