A Forum search did not turn up anything similar so...

Who else has problems regulating the interior temperature of their e46 when the outside temperature is less than 30°F?

Whenever the outside temperature is less than 30°F the heater wants to blows full hot so that the interior temperature exceeds 75°F.

I see no change if I turn the interior temperature selection down to 60°F. But if I go one more degree, to 59°F the heater goes full cold with the fan still blowing full blast.

As soon as the exterior temperature goes above 30°F the system if fully capable of maintaining the desired/set interior temperature.

    For reference, I'm talking about a 2003 325xiT

Any insight and help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you
