I would like to change the antifreeze in my E46 2001 325i. Any suggestions on making the process go smoothly, and recommendations on the brand of coolant that should be used!

    Thanks,

Can't really help you with the procedure, but the general consensus is to always use the BMW OEM Anti-Freeze only.

I plan on doing this soon but I'm waiting to order a new radiator and water pump since I have every thing else.

If u go over to e46fanatics.com there are a few pretty good writeups on this. One thing that was made very clear though, and that was to make sure u properly burp the system or it will overheat in a matter of minutes.

Oh, and I'm gonna be running bmw coolant and water wetter. Got it and all my parts from desertmotorworks.com
