Should the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Checklist have weeded out a car that was obviously repainted? I was in a BMW dealership recently searching for a used 328i convertible. One of the cars for sale there had clearly had the front bumper repainted. Does the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Checklist allow vehicles with repaired body damage to be sold as certified?
