I found the tires I want to upgrade from the run flats that came with my 2012 535i xdrive base to Continental ExtremeContact DWS06'S.
Beyern has a couple nice sets of wheels, the Spartan and the new Aviatic but they would need to be at least 19" or 20"s I'm told due to brake clearance issues. The 18" will not fit.
    Can I go with 19" or 20"'s?
If so what size and rim would work best?

Explore wheel & tire options on the tirerack.com website, and if whatever wheels you're considering are within the offset range shown for a given wheel &/or tire combination, plus same bolt pattern (likely 5x120) & center-bore (something like 72.5mm maybe?) then you're probably safe. Tire Rack is reasonably conservative on their fitments, but if you input your car model, info, etc. any combinations they show should fit, generally speaking.
