    Hi All,

I recently had BMW install the PPK ver 2 in my 2011 E90 335i and they are now having issues programing the car, they said that i could've order the wrong part. They are saying they are contacting Germany to get the correct code to code the car, but as of right now the car is dead.
Has anyone ever had this issue?

If that's something that's ordered through BMW or the dealer, how could you order the wrong part?

Yes I have ran into this before with the N55 kits. Depending on the production of the vehicle you may require either software or a new DME. I had one that the current programming software would not work with the new DME (engine control module) and had to be programmed by a engineer. There are many kits for your vehicle depending on the options you have. Do you have your vin and the part number they ordered?
