I am in the same search as you.
I bought a CPO 535 from my local dealer Brian Harris BMW, here in Baton Rouge and they say yes; however, I took my car to Momentum BMW in Houston the other day (had a light come on) and they recommended the flush and quoted me 150 bucks and when I mentioned the maintenance plan, they said it was NOT covered...

BMW Bellevue did my brake flush (came up on the CBS) for free. If CBS calls for it, they should do it.

That is what my home dealership said. The only problem I see, is that with me working in Houston, I need to find WHICH BMW dealership is going to best to work with.

Well, give Bimmer Dan a shout! That's Dan Baker of the Juiceston Chapter---and a regional VP to boot. I'm sure he or the other Juicestonians will have a good recommendation!
