Subject: BMW CCA Day at Lime Rock - September 28 at the Grand-Am Championship Weekend Note from Ryan McIntosh Car club Liasion at Lime Rock Park: We’re officially going forward with the BMW CCA Day at Lime Rock Park for the Grand-Am Championship Weekend on September 28th! Here are the details of what we’re going to offer in a special to BMW CCA members only: For $30 (roughly half the race-day ticket price of $55) you get: ·A Saturday race-day ticket ·Free Infield Parking in BMW CCA Special Parking Area (within close proximity to tent) ·An American BBQ-style buffet lunch, including one beer/glass of wine/soda/water, to be served at 12:30 p.m. (A cash bar will be open for additional beverages as well.) ·A cavernous hospitality tent in which to sit and relax, open from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. ·Guest speakers provided by BMW, including driver(s) ·A BMW flag for driver autographing ·Kids 12 and under are $10 Internal ticketing process: ·Customer calls Track Office at 1 (860) 435-5000; must have BMW CCA member number ready. Offer will be phone-call only. ·Lime Rock Ticketing Department (Derek/Becky at LRP) fills out a BMW CCA purchasing sheet (provided by Derek at LRP) over the phone ·Tickets are sent out like normal Lime Rock tickets, with drink vouchers provided at the entrance to the hospitality tent upon arrival (hospitality tickets will be punched when they come in for the first time so only one drink ticket is issued per person. I will be managing this program from the track’s end, and will take care of all of the day-of logistics and deliverables. We would like to make this offer public today for BMW CCA members, and intend on making a splash with it on Monday through our channels at the track.
