What is the biggest, widest wheels and tires that can be mounted on a 2006 Z4? This is for track mostly use. I was told last gen M3 wheels in 18 inch, staggered width 8.5 front 9.5 back would fit. Recommendations?
I think that you can put some tank tracks on it to achieve maximum performance and cornering ability. OR you can put some 1964 Mini Cooper wheels on it. Nothing like 12x5 performance. I think that the smaller you can go, the better. And, if you want serious performance you should sell your car and get a 300ZX TT....seriously.

Well, the largest possible combination listed on Tire Rack shows 20" with 295 width tires (without being listed as "Sport Truck"), but I don't think you'd want to go that large.
ok so i am very sorry about that reply my boyfriend typed that. he is not such a BMW fan he owns a 300 ZX TT which he loves. I my self own a 2005 Z4 convertable and i love my car but y do you want to put such large wheels or tiers on you Z4?
