What is your vote for the best tire for summer use only? E39 M5. I have winter tires, just care about performance.

Michelinos? Mehhhh. I put my PS2s on Party A's 335i in order to put Bridgestone RE-11s on the roadster. I like them way good. I also loved the Dunlop Sport MAXX GTs I had on it a few years ago, because they were amazingly quiet. Not that you'd notice in a big Five....

Been pretty happy with the new Bridgestone Potenza s04 pole position. Its a step down from the RE-11, but its more "civil". I haven't been able to get a peep out of them on my e90. But I don't drive on the track. Its way better than the RE050a RFTs I took off. I've also heard nothing but good things about the PSS, but they don't make the right sizes for my rears yet.
