Bad Experience with CARID

    I ordered a wood dash kit,B&I, through CARID. It came and the color wasn't even close to the picture online; shown, taupe, recieved yellow. I tried to return the part but was given nothing but the royal run-around. CARID said "well that's the kit you ordered" I sent pictures of the kit and the color shown online only to get a bunch of excusses, no refund. I finally filed a complait with PayPal and the next day, I recieved an authorization to return it. Problem solved? But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. 10 days later I recieved another kit from them. No refund. I have tried in vane to get them to respond to their "easy return" policy only to get more BS. DO NOT order from these people or B&I dash kits. Chet Kingsbury
