I'm told '02 and up cars had auto headlights. Has anyone ever retrofitted it to an earlier car? Also, has anyone retrofitted a compass mirror to the E39 from a newer model? Doe any mirror exist with auto dim and without Homelink? Having had these features in all my prior cars, I'm a little reluctant to give them up, especially the compass.
