Hi there. I'm not new to BMW's having worn one out in the past. However I haven't had one in many years as I'm active in the Porsche Club (Chief Driving Instructor for San Diego region). I currently have two 944 turbos ('86 and '89) and a 944. The '89 turbo is a race car Last week I bought a low mile 2011 Alpina B7 in immaculate condition to replace my much hated Lexus (the car that drives like a half filled waterbed - blech). Interesting to note that this car, like all Uber German sedans - and most Porsches - depreciates like a brush fire. I paid $42k for a five year old $150k car. Very happy with it so far. I like the 500 hp too undefined
