aftermarket bluetooth (parrot?) in 2008 328it

I want to install an aftermarket bluetooth in my 2008 328i wagon that does not have the built-in factory bluetooth. Parrot sells one that has a wiring harness that allegedly plugs into my car without any big deal. Anyone have any experience with this Parrot or other aftermarket installtions like this? Any thoughts or advice?
