Okay, so I have spent WAY more on this car than I could sell it for (not that I want to) and WAY WAY more than my insurance company would give me if it were totaled or seriously damaged. I called my agent who told me that I would need an appraisal or letter from a recognized car club stating a value in order to get anything more than book value. Seems to me that I vaguely remember a service like that in our club. Anyone know anything about that?
