    I own a 2006 330i with about 22k miles.

About a month ago I had a bunch of warning lights pop up including the ABS, TPS, and hand brake.

As my car's warranty expired in December I took it to a local independent BMW specialist who replaced a wheel sensor. Unfortunately the problem persists. The shop thinks that the ABS module needs to be replaced which is unfortunately about $1,300.

I am planning on taking the car to a local BMW dealership to check out for a second opinion. If they conclude that the ABS module needs replacing I would like to request that BMW NA extends the warranty under the circumstances.

Has anyone out there had luck with BMW helping out in a case such as this?

    Thanks
