335i Wheel Spacers?

I have an E90 335i sport with the OEM 18" wheels. I would like to widen the track and push out the wheels closer to the fenders, so I'm thinking of installing a set of wheel spacers (specifically the H&R Track+ spacers that are advertised in Roundel). Anyone else using these or any other other brand of wheel spacers? Does anyone have any opinion on them (positive or negative)? I'm concerned with the safety aspect as well as messing with steering geometry etc.

i have 10mm also and no downside that i know of. just make sure you get the black extended lug bolts to match the OEM fronts. also you can put some grease in between the spacer/hub so that it will come off a lot easier
