South Jersey In September... Good Choice. Long drive from Texas, but the Food & Re-visiting the Jersey Coast should give the trip "Bucket List" status for many of us.
That Golf course cart path blessed the BEE with some curb rash on both rear wheels... Apparently the 19" wheel package was not designed to navigate cart paths lined with mountain potatoes... They look like new now.
After being a CCA member for 16 years and being active in Chapter leadership for 5 years, this could be my first O'Fest yipee!
As a 2014 1st timer, I was amazed to meet members with 30+ years of attendance. Well worth the 14 hour road trip in from Texas. You should only need 5 hours to make it from Connecticut to So. Jersey
in my backyard already told the wife and my oldest son to block out his vacation time from work for this one! the F80 M3 will be well broken in by then....my 1st O'Fest..can't wait.... a big Thank You to the powers that be that make the O'Fest selection
Nice to see all the first timers excited this early about the next Ofest! Might even bring two cars - thinking about the logistics of that but it's so close to home this time.
Odometer Gears is officially in. We signed the vendor agreement two weeks ago. We look forward to sharing a beer with new and older members like always. After a drunken late night walk back to the hotel in CO with other CCA members, we took their ideas and redesigned the tee shirts. Please stop by and say hello and pick one up.
Once again, thank you for your support of O'Fest. And, thanks for helping us keep our old Bimmers on the road. .
What Exit? Spent my first 40 years in Jersey, center, south & north. Is that a Texas Star you're flying now?
Ran into some folks from your chapter at the Beaver Creek O'Fest. Thought I recognized the emblem. Lone Star Chapter here. Small world.
Just reserved a 2 bedroom condo on the beach. After over 20 years as a BMWCCA member I might actually make an Octoberfest in 2015. Anyone know anything about the schedule of events?
Probably won't see the schedule until April. Can't wait. Anyone planning to take to the tracks at NJMP? (Yes, there will be two circuits.) They are somewhat short but lots of fun. Each offers a blind turn just over the crest of a hill along with some other nice features. If you've never driven your Bimmer on a track, this is a good place to start.
