I removed the door actuator from the driver's door. When I touched the exterior handle, the part pictured fell in the door interior. Maybe this will help someone else. The loose piece that fell into the bottom of the door when changing the Front Door Latch - Left 51217202143 is held to Carrier, outside door handle, left Part 51227199835 by the bolt holding in the cylinder lock.
