I have a 2002 M5 and the navigation system has stopped working. The CD/DVD won't stay in and I get a warning that I need to insert the CD/DVD. I put it in and it pops out again. Tried flipping it over, wiping it down, blowing compressed air into the chamber, etc. Is there a reset method I should try? This started to happen just after I had the car detailed.
