I just purchased this car and the outer side bolster on the upper section of the driver seat has a hole in the leather. Does anyone know of a place to find moderately priced replacement leather and foam?
I haven't looked through Roundel advertisers, but maybe there's something there - here's a place selling complete replacement sets for a pair of seats - $1250 for a pair of leather sport seats! More than you're looking for though - you might have to consider a local upholstery shop, but it would _appear_ that if a local shop charged even somewhat close to $625 for a repair, you could have all new custom-sewn leather for that. http://www.worlduph.com/bmw/3_series/e30/sedan_coupe/
