The alarm on my 03 525i has a mind of its own, goes off all the time for no reason. The owners manual says you can disarm the alarm by pressing twice on the lock button. This doesn't work. I've tried both keys. Anyone have this happen?
Alarm Issue Mine did the same thing. The hood sensor was bad. My indie told me to remove it from the mount and put a zip tie around it to test it. Replaced and have beautiful silence.
