If it's not turning with ease most likely it's the pump. You can buy a replacement at autohausaz.com or oembimmerparts.com good luck
Also check your brake calipers

It can't be the E93 (newest 3 series) because: the turn signals are not led, the headlights are not straight and the hood does NOT have the lines in...
