Not a deal.
I bought my 2005 330Ci convertible fully loaded from a MB dealer for $20K plus tax & registration in late Oct in the SF bay area....
To that point, my Toyota comes with "lifetime" red long life coolant. And the manual says change it every 5 years or 100K miles.
I just use a turkey baster to suck out the oil fluid and then fill in new fluid. Make sure to do a few times after turning the steering wheel left...
I will the coolant flush first and wait for a while. The Stewart water pump is supposed to be the best at 3x of the OEM one. Ouch.
Yeah, I heard of the week cooling system. Do I need to the cooling system overhaul at 64k miles?
Thanks for the info!
Seems like the car was well taken care of, except there is no coolant flush ever. And I checked the air filter. It was dated...
I just purchased a 2005 330Cic but the dealer (a MB dealer) has no service records whatsoever, except that the car had been serviced...
