Aftermarket touchscreen radio options

Hello- just bought an '04 330 and would like to replace nav/radio system with a kit... I know Dynavin makes one but wondering what other current options would work- eg Apple car play. I don't care about nav- looking for radio, CD, bluetooth, USB, and maybe license plate camera. Thoughts? Thanks!

Do you have navigation already or the stock radio?

Read this forum about some different units you can get. I recommend the dynavin though just looks the best and has great upgrades.
