The e93 M3 was a really good car overall not many issues with the powertrain or the top. Things I have seen so far have been throttle actuators, valve cover gaskets and some o2 sensors and wiring. But that about it, really if you keep up with the maintenance should be a great car for you. Always recommend a inspection before purchase by a technician who knows these cars of course.
