    Does the X5 diesel suffer from the carbon build up problems occuring in 335ds? will they require walnut shell therapy?

    They can have carbon build up issue but not at common as the 335d mainly because the x5 also has a low pressure egr system that helps with this. Also driving the vehicle hard time to time and using seafoam will help.

    I recommend every 30k. Seafood I recommend as often as you can. ;)
