   I Have 04 530i 160,000 miles I get a clunk noise when backing up ,low speed and turning steering wheel to the left can anyone help ?

   Couple things come to mind quickly check sway bar links, thrust arm bushings, control arms. If any of those are loose they can cause a clunk. I have seen a lot of the sway bar links cause clunks so start with those.
