How do I use BMW CCA Bucks?

Hi, I received a few of these "BMW CCA Bucks" in the mail from referring a few members in 2012.

Very happy to have supported the club, and it is a nice gesture to offer, appreciate it.

My question is, how do I use them?

I logged in, picked out a few items in the club store, but when I went to checkout, there was no option (I could see) to use the "BMW Bucks" for my order, so I cancelled it.

    Ideas anyone?

    TIA...

IIRC, you have to call and order over the phone in order to be able to use your BMW Bucks. Last year I brought mine to the BMW CCA Congress and used them towards merchandise that was available there, although I called and verified ahead of time that the items and sizes that I wanted would probably be there.

I've been meaning to ask if there was going to be BMW CCA merchandise available at Oktoberfest and whether we can use our BMW Bucks there.

Call the office during the week. 864-250-0022. I'm not 100% sure but I think we issue a refund on your credit card after you mail them in.

    Yes.

Just to follow up, I never got a chance to call anyone in the National Office about this.

I doubt with my work schedule I'll get a chance to call on the phone.

It's a shame but I guess I won't be able to use these,

If you buy merchandise from the website you need to prepay and mail the bucks in. We'll issue a credit back to your credit card.

This seems so primitive why not have a way to use the BMW CCA BUCKS online. Why is BMWCCA still using snail mail.

That would be nice and would encourage people to redeem them.
Unfortunately it is not possible without customization.

I got a coupon in email to spend from http://summitracing.com. Using their coupon let me make an impulse purchase just because I was able to get a better tire gauge than I would have normally.

On the other hand most rebates I've gotten require me to mail in a receipt and coupon.
    Verizon is that way.

How about a MAILING ADDRESS for the things? I've only got a day or so left ...

[Too late. Mailing to the address in Steven's signature block.]

    Thanks

If I just drop in my name, contact info, membership # and a note on what I purchased - will that suffice?

That will work. Your membership number are on the cards.
Or is that, your membership number is on the cards?
    I never know.

    plural vs. singular:

Membership numbers ARE on the cardS

Your membership number IS on your card.

I'm on the same boat but worst, I had three referrals last year but I only received bucks for one, even the info on my account said 3. Lost them all at the end...Feel SO motivated to keep referring people this year...

Bucks for 2013 haven't gone out yet so I assume you are referring to 2012?

Referral counts may change due to people using incorrect membership numbers or names instead of a number.
We do the best we can to figure out what the intended membership number was supposed to be and will look up membership numbers for names as best we can.

Ah ok, maybe I'm confused then, I think I should have three coming my way. But my account page doesn't show them anymore.

From what I can tell you do have 3 referrals for 2013.
    Zhen, Raul and Mike
The referrals get wiped out each year for the next membership drive.
