    Just wanted to say I have returned to the BMW world and the club with a purchase of a 2001 Z3 3.0 Coupe in Hell Red and an Automatic. I have been out of touch for awhile, but it is good to be back. Okay, I bought the automatic due to where I work on the Presidio in Monterey, CA. I am wondering if anyone knows of an accurate website that shows the true production numbers of each BMW made and the numbers of the ones made for America. I would like to know how many Z3 3.0 Coupes were made in Hell Red with Tan interior and in the Automatic transmission for the United States. Any Advice? Thanks! Jeffrey Stark

    OK; you only get to use color names entirely in English or entirely in German. 'Hellrot' translates as LIGHT RED, not 'Hell Red'. Otherwise, it would be 'Höllerot'.

    Hell = Light
    Hölle = Hell
