Push started my car that had a weak battery.
I'd like to see you do that with a DCT.
Need to pick up a new battery.
Old battery only 3 years old but the car doesn't get driven as much as it used to.

    Replaced battery in the ti.
Replaced inside door handle in the E30.

    Next
Glue plastic standoffs to the door panel on the ti.
Figure out why my E30 windows don't always go down when it's warm.

    Look at a 99 E46 323i 5 speed.
    Look at a 95 318ti Club Sport 5 speed.
Convince myself that I should not look at a 1998 328i autotragic even if it's only $3,000.

E30 window switches can be disassembled and the contact areas cleaned, fwiw. Weather dependent, I'm guessing that's not the issue though.

    It's all 4 windows. I have to think it's a relay problem.

Replaced the %$&# light bulb for the tachometer and the %@#& light bulb for the fan speed knob on my 1987 325i convertible.
Broke the %$#& A/C switch when I experienced a spring loaded explosion as I was trying to take it apart. I'm off to Double 02 Salvage on Friday to buy another one (hopefully).
Sucessfully replaced the broken convertible boot release handle. Car is all purdy agen 'cept for the A/C switch.

Figured how to fix my E30 windows.
When all the windows don't go down, whack the glove compartment.
Fixed! Have a beer in celebration.

    Me?
I understand there is a relay behind the glove compartment.
I'm guessing I have either a loose relay, dirty contact or intermittent relay.
When I have time I pull the relay out.

BTW- If you get a Mini in the shop where the window doesn't go down, whack the door just below the speaker. ;)
Did that 2 years ago. Something to do with a dead spot on the motor I think. Window has worked ever since.

Did you get tired of always working on your other cars yet? ;)

Bought a 1995 Club Sport, Jet Black.
    Not yet.
Just figure it's easier to work on the same model.
By now I know most of the quirks.

It looks like the exterior is in great shape... I know, despite the new projects for you to work on.

    Inspected undercarriage.
    Needs subframe bushings, RTABs. LCABs.
    Waiting on replacement instrument cluster.

    Mini
    Added oil.

Cleaned off the bugs from Oktoberfest. That tells you how crazy it's been around here since August! Jesus, what happened to September?! Some of the bug jerky required Krud Cutter, and Krud Cutter means that you have to go back and wax the damn thing again—or at least that spot—because KK takes off the wax along with the mummified drosophila. But you can't wax the passenger side because it's up against the wall so that there's room for Party A's 335i.

And no, I didn't clean the damn wheels.
