Doing headgasket - what do I need?

    Hi,

    I'm going to have to do the headgasket on my 95 525i. I plan to buy a headgasket kit from bavauto, as well as new head bolts. I'm not going to go down the slippery slope of "while you're in there", just want to replace the headgasket (have the head machined and valve seals replaced) and get it back on the road. Here's my question:

    what special tools (if any) do I need? Anything else I will need?

    Thanks. I did see that Pelican article. I'll have to see where I can get that timing tool.
