Kind of curious though ... Anyone know who they are ? ... or where they're from ? ... or what they're driving ? Car Control Clinic - Waitlist ... ... who? ... from where? Wednesday Driving School - Waitlist ... ... who? ... from where? ... driving what? Thursday Driving School - Waitlist ... ... who? ... from where? ... driving what? Friday Driving School ... ... who's signed up? ... from where? ... driving what? Has anyone signed up for the autocross/es ? ... who? ... from where? ... what're they driving? ... what class? Gymkhana TSD Rally Concours First timers ... etc. A database that can't provide lists ... ? Not really seen one of those before. What's up ? .
It's taking a little more time than anticipated. The registration is new. We're real close. We are up to 687 registrations, including volunteers and instructors. We haven't even started to add vendors and sponsors.
Holy crap - over 900 people and two hotels filled! Way to go BMW CCA! Still no list by region though....sigh...would be nice to know who is going from where.....please?

Thanks for your efforts Steven. Seems like the new system is a little shaky. Two months on-line and it can't provide lists. wow Sure hope the system shapes up so you don't have to put so much manual effort into it. I noticed that the overall tally for registrants went down by ~65 from 10 days ago. Odd. Will the entries for the autocross include info about the cars, as in the past? year / make / model ? Just curious. What are the designations for the class? I get the 5A, etc. but, what's the preceding number? Same with the concours classes. Anyway, thanks again for all that you do Steven.
The registration is part of the membership database. The Ofest site is hosted elsewhere. We are still having some connection issues between the two servers so for now I'm importing a csv file and using the old registration system's scripts. It will also include car info. I wasn't able to join 2 tables due to some kind of mismatch of data fields. The autocross class is showing the code for the class instead of the description. That will be taken care of this week. Registration hasn't gone down in numbers. I give sponsors registration number 900 since I don't need to give them registration numbers. That's how I also know who the sponsors are for the most part. The lists still aren't real time but at least I don't have to create several new lists on the fly. Just need to import registration data into one database table. Only maybe 3 people have cancelled. Currently we are at 755.

I count 753. Plus 2 over the weekend that the credit card hasn't been posted. Can't go by registration numbers. 800-899 are instructors. Sponsors don't have numbers.
Hi Steven, Registration numbers have never been usable. I got my count (more than once) by simply copying the list and pasting it to an Excel spreadsheet. 652 rows. One hour ago. Now the list is indeed 753 rows. Thanks for getting it corrected.
