Thanks for all your help Tom. I just wanted to follow up on this since my parts arrived today. The foam tray is PN 51473424016. It's #22 on this diagram. I sourced a used blue warning triangle on ebay, PN 71601095457. Readily available from european sellers. I ordered all the toolkit bits separately. Now that I have the tray I'll find an appropriate mobility kit. That and the slick M trunk mat and I'll be all set!
Excellent! I'm really jealous of the blue case! I looked on eBay for the ones offered by European sellers and I think that to get one with a blue case would be at least twice what I paid for mine.
