Bought some new Michelin Super Sport Tires, for my 2007 Z 4 M Coupe. Does anyone know / or where I can find, the Torque specs for the lug nuts?

    Thanks Rich

It would say it in your owner's manual.
I'm guessing ~54 84 ftlb. The important thing is they are all the same and do it in a star pattern.

    Thanks Garrison!

I think 90 sounds good. I remember it was 75 ft lbs on my NSX.

Steven, the mannual was the first place I looked. The BMW mannual does provide much tech info!

I just don't want my installer to over Torgue the lugs when installing the the wheels.

    Thanks Rich

FYI follow up: The number I have found on the net are 88 ft lbs to 88.5 ft lbs. A dealer said 88 ft lbs.

    Thanks

    120Nm +/- 10Nm. (88.5ft/lbs +/- 7.3ft/lbs)

I usually set mine to 85ft/lbs.

Those values I posted are directly out of the TIS.

Yep. 88 foot-patooties, plus or minus. I always go plus, setting my Tork-O-Matic lever to 90 (I have an amp that goes to eleven). Of course, I haven't had that wrench calibrated in twenty years...

That would be about the last time you could read the graduations between 80 and 90, right?

The truth hurts, Carlson. That's what you get for not having a beer with me at O'Fest. :p
