Has anyone replaced their Z4 run flats with these tires? If so, are you satisfied with them? Thanks N.K.
Sorry, I have never had those tyres. I do strongly recommend the Continental Extreme Contact DW or the DWS. (DWS if you need all seasons) Excellent dry grip and absolutely phenomenal wet grip. Quite, comfortable with very predicable road manners. They have lasted me 12K miles and that is with seven track weekends (14 track days total) included.
Why yes it is. While I do recommend the Conti DW, I am looking at the new PSS's. It could be the perfect street/track tire....
Dan, I am going to respond here instead of a PM. You wanted to know about longevity. Like I said in the first post, I have put 12K on these tires and this includes seven track weekends. The track will eat your tires fast. If you don't take your car to the track, I bet you will get 25-30K miles out of the DW's in normal driving.
