I am considering the purchase of the above to replace my 98 540. It is a manual with sport and cold weather package. I am unfamiliar with the E60 and I am wondering if someone would weigh in on the purchase. The car has 46xxx miles and I would use it for highway driving. I am committed to 8 cylinder engines regardless of the gas issues! thanks, bill
545 Bill, I had an 08 550 and I really enjoyed driving the car. My major complaint was slow throttle response but you should not have that issue with the manual transmission. The 545 should be a nice upgrade for you. Good Luck!!
