Are there any idea out there on restoring the nice shiny silver hue to my PSS system's front strut tubes? There is minor corrosion from only driving the car from Feb ONE year...crazy, huh? I want to know if it's actually going to work to use abrasives.
This is of course there isn't some miracle product our there, like Flitz or something? Please let me know if anyone has some input on this...thank you in advance.

You live here. It's the bottom of the car. It's going to get ugly.

HA! is it really that simple? I just want a clean car despite the pitfalls of Wisconsin weather....

Non abrasive chrome polishes should make them nicer but not necessarily as new looking.

The simple solution is what I do. I call it "Da Jeep". It's what I drive while there's snow and salt on the roads.

P.S.: Say, didn't you nearly run me down last summer?
