do you know this 85 745 turbo?

I am the current owner of this one, and yes currently listed on ebay. yet still trying to get history before prior owner in SoCal. Lived in Colorado before getting to LA. Beyond that, not much known by me. If you recognize this car I would be much appreciative to know what you know. thanks
