Has right under 27k on it and it already has a leak. I'm pretty annoyed by that. I'm waiting for service to open so I can call to make an appt to bring it in. My hubby thinks it's coming from the transmission. He's annoyed that there's no dipstick for either the oil or transmission. I hope it's nothing, but it's just really annoying.
It is still under warranty so it should be fine. Is the fluid red? Keep us updated and hope they give you a 335i for a loaner
oil leak----probably wont be the last......... most likely its the trans pan or wiring sleeve to the trans pan--common thing to see.... i wouldn't worry about it...its under warranty.......
Yeah, it was brown so I thought it was an oil leak. But when my hubby looked underneath (not that you can see much anyway) he thought transmission. Well I just dropped it off this morning and waiting for them to call.
No loaner, just a shuttle ride. Well it was just me so one of the guys just took a car and drove me to work which was just down the street. And kevs330i was correct. That was the cause of the leak. Totally dead on. I smirked as my SA told me that over the phone. Going to pick it up soon.
