I'm burning, (literally), through my summer tires. Any suggestions to replace the Conti's? Real experiences please. No conjecture.

    Thanks,

Just joined the online, Late answer, but I put Pirelli P Zero's on my 2006 M5; better ride and less noise, BUT they are heavier tires and slightly larger which under certain conditions I have slight rubbing in the rear wheel well. They are also not lasting any longer than the Conti's.

Thanks for that. I'm looking at Michelin PS2's at this time. I have until March to make up my mind.

    Michelin P2's

FYI, I went with the Michelin P2 Sports and they're magnificent. They seem to be just right for this car...and I understand that BMW is now equipping new M5's with them.

The PS2's are a great tire BUT wont last nearly as long as the Conti's and are more $$$$ Conti's last longer, PS2's are stickier...you be the judge.
