When I pull back on the washer lever I get nothing out of the windshield or headlight washers. Dealer does not think it is the pump since neither are working. Any suggestions?

That means that the dealer didn't bother investigating. You either need to test to see if you have power and ground to the washer pumps when pulling the lever back or you need to take it to someone who will actually do work on the car and not just speculate. If they plug it into the scanner, it will tell them if the switch works or not. I am and will always recommend independent technicians. Good luck.

I have a similar problem. When I pull back on the lever, the fluid comes out but at a very weak slow rate. Wondering if it is the pump, lines, or nossles themselves??? Does anyone out there have experience with this problem already. If not, I start replacing the cheapest part first.

    Thanks.
