This is my wife's 3rd X3 (2019). She had the standard seats on all three, however BMW changed design on the 2019 ,its a modified sport seat. They are very uncomfortable to her. What I would like to know is can the comfort seat be retrofitted or can we order a new X3 with the comfort seats. She loves the car but the seats are killing her. BMW customer service says to talk to the dealer and so far they are of no help. If anyone could help it would be great appreciated.
