Hi all, I've tried logging in with the same credentials I use for BMWCCA.org (per the instructions). Am I missing something? I even contacted BMWCCA.org support and they reset my password but it doesn't seem to like my new password either. I'm using my BMWCCA.org username and password to access the Roundel Online app. Ideas?
It is being looked into. I'm told you should reset your password to all lowercase characters. Numbers are OK to use also.
I’m a recent member as well that had access online and through the app. Then I didn’t a few weeks ago. Making my password and username all lowercase got me online access again. But not on the app. Thanks for the helpful hint. Thanks, Tim
