I'm guessing the minutes is all there is and that board meetings aren't recorded beyond minutes being taken. I'd also guess if the board had found it as controversial as some have, it perhaps would have never have gotten as far as a change for the membership to vote on. Maybe somebody else can pipe in with something more definitive.
A change in the by-laws require a vote. Only the minutes and pre-meeting reports are posted. Minutes are posted at https://www.bmwcca.org/meetingminutes. Minutes consist of the quarterly meeting and prior teleconferences. Once minutes are approved I post them. If there is a delay getting them uploaded, it is entirely my fault.
Steven, can you correct the Minutes page to show the correct months ? The Sept Link goes to May Minutes!!
